Includes an analysis of international practices in the socio-psychological adaptation and development of veterans, an examination of the psychological, cultural and social factors involved in the transformation of military experience, and the development of a conceptual framework for the subsequent design of the military experience transfer methodology.

Design of the “Transfer of Military Experience” Methodology
Implementation period: 2026
Includes the classification of competencies developed in the military environment into three key clusters — crisis management, resilient team building and adaptive leadership — as well as the development of a model for transferring military experience to civilian, professional and social contexts.
WP3
Implementation of the “Veterans as Mediators” Programme
Implementation period: 2027
Includes the practical implementation of the developed methodology through the pilot programme “Veterans as Mediators”, aimed at developing veterans’ leadership, communication and mediation competencies and testing mechanisms for transferring military experience to civilian and social environments.
WP4
Evaluation of Effectiveness, Scaling and Dissemination of Project Results
Implementation period: 2027
Includes the evaluation of the pilot implementation results, assessment of the effectiveness of the developed methodology, and preparation of tools for its further scaling. The project results will be disseminated and integrated into educational, civic and international settings.
